All articles published in Symbiotic: Journal of Biological Education and Science are published in full open access. In order to provide free access to readers, to improve our journal management system, and to cover the costs of peer review, copyediting, long-term archiving, and journal management. The authors or the author's institution are requested to pay a publication fee for each article accepted.
