Vol 6 No 1 (2025)Edisi Symbiotic: Journal of Biological Education and Science volume 6 nomor 1 April 2025 ini menyajikan beragam kajian ilmiah di bidang biologi dan pendidikan lingkungan yang mencerminkan kontribusi nyata mahasiswa dalam menjawab isu-isu kontemporer melalui pendekatan riset dan literatur. Topik-topik yang diangkat mencakup efektivitas eco-enzyme terhadap bakteri patogen, pengaruh perlakuan perendaman terhadap kandungan HCN pada keripik singkong, serta pemanfaatan limbah makanan dalam konteks bioteknologi. Selain itu, beberapa literatur review membahas dampak perubahan iklim terhadap fenologi tanaman, respon morfologi daun terhadap lingkungan, dan potensi tanaman obat dalam mengatasi gangguan sistem saraf pusat. Penelitian lainnya mengeksplorasi inovasi produk pangan berbasis siwalan, analisis kandungan klorofil pada sayuran, serta identifikasi spesies lalat buah lokal. Di sisi pedagogi, studi mengenai implementasi gamifikasi dalam pendidikan biologi menutup kumpulan ini dengan perspektif pembelajaran yang adaptif dan kontekstual. Keseluruhan artikel ini merefleksikan integrasi sains, lingkungan, dan pendidikan dalam menjawab tantangan masa kini secara kolaboratif dan inovatif.

This is the second edition of Symbiotic: Journal of Biological Education and Science. In this edition, it contains articles on the themes of learning biology and biological science. Among others, Afza, et al, who published an article about the effects of Problem Based Learning model with video to improve learning outcomes in the domain of student’s attitude . In addition there are also articles from Putri, et al which contains that the addition of sugar in the fermentation process of Sauerkraut, and there are still other articles.

Vol 1 No 1 (2020)
This is the first edition of Symbiotic: Journal of Biological Education and Science. In this first edition, it contains articles on the themes of learning biology and biological science. Among others, Setiawan, et al, who published an article on Tengger Tribe Knowledge of Wild Plants as a Living Material in the Forest of TNBTS Area. In addition there are also articles from Saifullah, et al which contains the development of textured picture books with crossword puzzles as Biology Learning Media, and there are still other articles.
